Tekpro Support Services, LLC (TSS) is seeking a manager who will lead in the support of the DOE Site Operations Services (SOS)5 broad expertise and programs to support nuclear safety, promote occupational health, control work hazards, meet regulatory requirements, manage waste responsibly, and ensure quality performance. Duties include: Serve as the subject matter expert of Environmental Safety, Health Programs.Must be knowledgeable of NETL’s environment, safety, and health management system policy, aspects.Take all reasonable precautions in the performance of the work under this contract to protect the safety and health of his/her employees, other NETL employees, and the public, and to prevent damage to the environment and NETL-owned materials, supplies, equipment, facilities, and any other NETL-owned property.Comply with the requirements of NETL’s environment, safety, and health (ES&H) programs as implemented through NETL directives (orders, operating plans and proceduresComplete mandatory ES&H training as required by the nature of job being performed.Coordinates and monitors schedule updates, invoices, and submittals. Reports the status of projects to NETL project managers.Identifying, analyzing and controlling occupational hazards and promoting worksite and/or product safety by applying knowledge of industrial process, mechanics, psychology, physiology and industrial health ad safety laws. - Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Integrated Safety and Health Management Program. Required:10 15 years of position-related experienceBachelor’s degree or master’s degree in an ES&H or ES&H-related field (e.g., safety, environmental science, engineering, chemistry, biology or other science-related field)US CitizenshipValid Driver’s License
