Avise, started in 2020 by a Peloton co-founder and an experienced accounting leader, builds modern accounting software that automates and streamlines accounting work, allowing accounting firms and in-house corporate teams to focus on scaling their business rather than task management.

We are in search of an Account Executive to join our expanding team – who wants to work at an early-stage company and is excited by the opportunity to drive results and scale with us as we grow. 

Responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle for clients, continuously seeking creative strategies to attain new business
• Become an expert in the Avise offering
• Surface new revenue opportunities and be responsible for cultivating a strong pipeline 
• Do whatever it takes to meet (or exceed) quarterly and annual sales goals
• Track and maintain pipeline reports
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer success and retention
• Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment

Requirements

• 5 years professional experience in a B2B SaaS sales role, selling to Finance and Accounting customers
• 3 years of Hubspot and/or Salesforce experience
• Track record of closing clients to meet and exceed quota
• Superb communication and negotiation skills, ability to interact with senior level managers and C-level executives
• Strong prospecting and pitching instincts
• Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organizational and process-building skills
• Strong empathy for users of business software

The target salary range for this position is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and variable pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary within the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
