All Campus Security is a fast-growing start up Systems Innovator focused on the K-12 marketplace in Texas. We are currently looking for a business development manager with a burning desire to succeed at developing, selling, and maintaining iInnovative security systems for sSchools. As a forward-looking integrator, weuse technology and innovation in the field and in the office to streamline and provide market leading servicesand budget conscious solutions to our make schools safer. We are always searching for disruptive ideas to introduce to the industry to increase efficiency, reduce mistakes, and provide better experiences for our clients’ Including access control, video surveillance, intrusionintrusion detection, fire alarm, voice/data, and fiberand structured cabling needs.
DUTIES:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target decisionmakers
- Develop, maintain, and extend outbound email campaigns
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers clients and partners
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customersclients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer client satisfactionand resolve any issues
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
Experience:Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales, and business development preferably in a technology-related field
- Interest in technologies and solving complex customer problems quickly
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to office and client sites
- Ability to pass a federal background check

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Familiarity with pipeline or other CRM software is a plus
