Position: Inside Sales Representative
Report to: Manager, Sales
Job Summary:
DYOPATH is expanding our sales force and we are seeking energetic, highly motivated individuals to enhance our sales and marketing team. As part of this job duty, successful candidates will create activity and engagement with prospective DYOPATH clients in both the private and public sector. The focus of this role is to generate new qualified leads by leveraging a myriad of marketing and sales resources.

Essential Duties:
The Inside Sales Representatives will perform the following key functions:
  • Cold Calling / Prospecting
  • Outbound Dials / Emails
  • Updating the DYOPATH CRM and working and collaborating with Marketing and Account Executives to implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives
  • Schedule appointments
  • Conduct webinars and web presentations
  • Assist with proposals and sales collateral and other duties as necessary
  • Answer inquiries received by email.
  • Evaluate customers’ needs and proposes solutions.
  • Provide quotations and follow-up on issued quotations.
  • Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature, consulting with marketing, participating to conventions and trade shows and the networking.
  • Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from competitors.
  • Adhere to the company procedures and values.
