Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Residential Construction Project Manager with a proven history of successfully managing multiple insurance-related projects simultaneously within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of related experience, and a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. This customer-facing position requires professionalism and an uncompromising drive to exceed client expectations.
Essential Responsibilities and Functions:
· Create accurate estimates with sketches using Xactimate and related compliance review platforms to ensure precise project planning
· Understanding of TPA program requirements, compliance expectations and basic practices
· Ensure all required sign-off documentation is fully executed prior to the start of production, ensuring a seamless workflow
· Possess exceptional organizational, verbal, and verifiable written communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders
· Provide exceptional client focus and go beyond to deliver outstanding service and exceed customer expectations
· Successfully manage and coordinate project partners, subcontractors/trades, suppliers, and employees to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
· Ensure timely completion of work within allocated budgets, maintaining cost control and maximizing profitability
· Regularly inspect job sites to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols, ensuring a safe and productive work environment
· Demonstrate strong leadership skills, supervise teams effectively, and collaborate seamlessly with colleagues to achieve project success
· Be flexible, highly organized, meticulous, and a skilled multitasker, capable of handling various responsibilities simultaneously
· Be available to work flexible hours, adapting to project demands and client needs
· Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity
