Who We Are!Sales Focus Inc., the sales outsourcing pioneer, is looking to hire motivated Full-time Outside Sales Representatives on behalf of our client Slick Blinds LLC. This position requires travel to meet potential customers, strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, with a customer-focused approach. You’ll be successful through daily prospecting, rapport building, and conducting follow ups.About Slick Blinds LLCSlick Blinds is a leading supplier of all kinds of window and door dressings which include blinds, shutters, verticals, shades and curtains. Our unbeatable customer experience coupled with variety of sleek and elegant designs has made us the number one choice over the years. In our quest to serve you better, we strive to collaborate with leading manufacturers of long-lasting and quality blinds who have become household names. This is a full-time, face-to-face, outside sales position offering base pay and uncapped commission.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-home design consultations to educate customers on the best window-covering options for their homes.
  • Build trust and credibility with customers to successfully close sales.
  • Submit customer orders and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Uphold Core Values of Integrity, One Team, Excellence, Superior Client Experience, and Passion to delight our customers.

Work Schedule
  • Full-time – 8 hours a day
  • Monday to Friday with weekend work available
  • Typical schedule is 8:30 am to 5:00 pm but can be flexible
