ABLE Financial Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team!

This Administrative Assistant role is key to ensuring each client feels they are our most important client – because they are! This individual will ensure an outstanding client experience while in the office or contacting team members by phone. This includes:

• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Answering phones and managing ongoing client communications
• Managing communication with clients to celebrate key milestones like holidays and birthdays
• Organizing and prepping the office for client meetings

Requirements for the Administrative Assistant at ABLE Financial Group:

• 3 years of experience in an administrative assistant position, financial services industry experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
