BENCHMARK MANAGEMENT is Hiring an Accounts Payable Assistant Near Buffalo, NY
This is a full time position in our busy commercial accounting department and will involve :
- Processing mortgages, utilities, and semi-annual distributions
- Processing utilities
- Mail payments to vendors
- Online banking
- Bank account reconciliations in accounting software
- Entering real estate tax bills and prepare certified mail
- Preparing certified mail for tax returns not electronically filed
- Assisting G/L with various projects as time permits
Candidates should have accounting/office experience. Associates degree preferred. Experience with Sage Intacct a plus!
