We are Bellweather Design-Build, a team of 22 dedicated staff serving Philadelphia and surrounding communities through residential home remodeling. Bellweather Design-Build specializes in major home renovations, home additions, and large-scale kitchen or bathroom remodels.

Summary of Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to work directly under the Owner, Will Giesey. This position requires the ability to prioritize, anticipate needs, and be solution-oriented while managing a broad variety of administrative tasks. The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive support, ensuring efficient operations with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have a passion for organization and a knack for streamlining processes and ensuring that daily operations are carried out with ease and efficiency.
Essential Functions
- 50% supporting Bellweather, 50% supporting the Owner and his other companies
- Support new office location development
- Communication and project oversight assistance
- Manage vendor relationships effectively
- Implement efforts to nurture and enhance client satisfaction
- Support the Owners client communication to ensure clarity and engagement
- Property management tasks
- Conduct occasional apartment showings
- Execute turnover processes and commercial marketing strategies
- Process accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P) using QuickBooks
- Maintain Owners client CRM
- Prepare minor tax documents for CPA as needed
Education, Experience, and Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with relevant experience in executive support roles.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), and familiarity with project management tools.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Adaptability and resourcefulness to handle unforeseen challenges and changing priorities.
- Knowledge or interest in residential design or related fields is advantageous but not required.
Compensation
- $80,000-$100,000
- Medical and Dental Insurance (50% paid by employer)
