Summary of Responsibilities

Balding Design Build is looking to hire someone that loves the world of architecture, interior design, and residential construction.

This person will utilize their marketing and support skills to promote awareness of our company in our local community and cultivate our brand internally.

This dynamic role incorporates internal and external marketing strategies as well as offers tremendous growth potential into a future sales role.

Responsibilities include serving as the brand ambassador, managing first impressions, engaging with clients, and supporting your team.

Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills with a team player mentality who are committed to living our core values and being a representative for our company in the community.

Essential functions :

• Manage and maintain all social media platforms (FaceBook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Houzz, etc.)
• Create and promote brand campaign to increase community engagement
• Assist with team and / or client celebrations as well as management of sub-contractor appreciation program
• Creation of print ads, editorial content, neighborhood dust letters, and radio scripts for local publications and radio
• Development of public relations outreach plan and project pitches
• Gather photos and creative content, provide ideas for social media posts and stories
• Schedule meetings and attend networking events and tradeshows to continuously build our referral network
• Lead Intake Program : Answer calls, document details, and pass to sales team.
• Sales reporting and tracking : Monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics.
• CRM pipeline management : Update BuilderTrend with prospect status regularly.

Education, Experience, and Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 3-5 years of related experience
• Brand Campaign Development
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Effective Communication and demonstrated ability to write in a clear and compelling manner
• Ideal candidates will be creative, positive, detail-oriented

Compensation

• $60,000 - $70,000 salary depending on experience
• 3 weeks PTO
