What You’ll Do
Organize and maintain executive calendars such as scheduling meetings and appointments, visitor agendas, travel arrangements, and itineraries.
Plan, schedule, and follow up on team meetings, capturing detailed minutes to document discussions and action items.
Optimize workflows by performing email management, conducting calendar reviews, and ensuring timely distribution of daily reports.
Prepare lists for upcoming events and milestones.
Follow up with cross-functional teams and leaders to ensure tasks assigned by CEO are completed.
Deliver a high level of professionalism and customer service to both internal and external clients, while facilitating communication between the CEO and various parties through social media and messaging platforms.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance communication, support client experiences, and streamline processes.
Perform additional assigned duties from executives such as picking up orders, handling personal mail, etc.
Maintain a high level of organization and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
Additional responsibilities related to business needs.
What You Have
High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
2-3 years of experience working in a professional/corporate environment.
Experience working with the Microsoft Suite and project management systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Strong work ethic and eagerness to grow and succeed.
Team-oriented, adaptable, and accountable mentality.
Eagerness to embrace new challenges with a positive attitude.
Ability to learn quickly and operate independently.
Ability to multitask and prioritize projects with multiple tight deadlines.
