X-Force, LLC. is Hiring a Director of Business Development Near Orlando, FL

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy for identifying new business opportunities that align with our capabilities.
  • Lead and oversee all aspects of capture activities, including strategic planning, teaming strategies, and addressing RFP requirements.
  • Manage the proposal process, ensuring compliance, coordinating with teaming partners, and facilitating proposal writing activities.
  • Contribute to pricing strategies and the final proposal document production.
  • Target and partner with small businesses and establish mentor-protégé relationships.
  • Identify and pursue re-compete contracts and opportunities, enhancing our competitive advantage.
  • Engage in marketing efforts, both with government and commercial customers.
  • Build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Maintain an active social media presence to increase visibility.
  • Arrange meetings with government and industry representatives.
  • Provide regular activity reports to top management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Simulation and Training industry.
  • Proven expertise in capture management, marketing, and proposal development.
