About Us
Summary
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Operational expert for dedicated accounts, accounts typically would have multiple challenging events annually.
- Works to client and internal budgets finding efficiencies, maintaining Freeman standards and client expectations.
- Fully understands all internal specialties and services and coordinates operationally with account team.
- Acts as operations show site quality control and primary operations contact for account team and client.
- Advanced Computer and internal systems knowledge
- Advanced organizational skills, ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Advanced financial acumen, budgeting and cost containment.
- Advanced show site logistics and operational internal/ external knowledge, including venues
- 8 years of experience
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in event industry roles
- Three (3) or more years performing similar duties
- Knowledge of exhibitor and sponsorship programs is preferred
- Working knowledge of Freeman Digital tools, Grip, Lennd, Quant, or similar systems is preferred
