Job Title: Regional Sales Representative
Reports to: VP of Sales
POSITION SUMMARY
As a contributing team member, the Regional Sales Representative will report directly to the VP of Sales. The team member is responsible for selling Wonder Meat products and services to prospective and current customers. This position will operate with a fact based and targeted selling approach to uncover distribution and operator voids in our customer plans as well as maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales. This includes development and management with regional staff and brokers to grow the Wonder Meats portfolio with operators, distributors and. retailers. The territory for this position is: New England.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Participate in product training, cuttings, business reviews, food shows and conduct presentations to key existing and new customers.
· Expose gaps and opportunities with certain operators, distributors & retailers.
· Ensure all portfolio of Brands are sold to every customer.
· Create and improve the purchase of products through our existing customer base.
· Monitor progress, or lack of, towards designated target goals and initiatives.
· Build and maintain a relationship with broker network.
· Other additional and/or alternative duties as needed.
