As a Fire Chaser at Ercolano Cleaning & Restoration, you will play a vital role in our restoration team by responding quickly and efficiently to fire-damaged properties. You will be responsible for assessing the extent of the damage, coordinating with the appropriate authorities, and initiating the restoration process. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Promptly respond to fire-related emergencies and arrive at the scene to assess the extent of the damage.
• Coordinate and communicate with local fire departments, insurance adjusters, and property owners to gather necessary information and initiate the restoration process.
• Conduct thorough inspections of affected properties to determine the scope of restoration work required.
• Document and photograph the damage, ensuring accurate and detailed records for insurance claims.
• Develop comprehensive restoration plans, including estimating costs, timelines, and required resources.
• Coordinate with the operations team to mobilize the necessary equipment, personnel, and materials for efficient restoration.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement appropriate measures to secure the site.
• Collaborate with other team members, such as technicians, project managers, and subcontractors, to execute the restoration plan effectively.
• Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders, addressing their concerns and keeping them informed throughout the restoration process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all activities and progress made during the restoration project.
• Continuously monitor the progress of restoration work and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.

Pay: $55,077.00 - $80,110.00 per year
