Best Plumbing Specialties is Hiring an Outside Sales Representative Near Hartford, CT

We are a business-to-business wholesale distributor of Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) products. We sell to facility maintenance professionals, including building engineers, plumbers, maintenance mechanics, property managers and purchasing agents. We deal with all the repair parts they need and use every day.

We’ve figured out what works in our industry. We’ll teach you; we’ll provide you with all the tools you will need, and we’ll continually offer coaching and support. We just need you to bring your hard-working, responsible, personable, motivated, self to the team.

What Best provides:

· Sales Tools including cell phone, laptop computer, sample bags, free monthly samples, and weekly marketing materials

· Extensive and ongoing training

· Inside support team assigned to you

Minimum requirements:

· Excellent communication and organization skills

· Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and able to work independently

· Coachable with strong desire to learn

· Outgoing and personable

· Eligible to work in the United States

· Reliable car, valid Driver’s License, and insurance

· Computer literate

Preferred Experience:

· College degree

· Two years of prior outside sales experience

We offer the highest compensation opportunities in the industry. We have been in business for 60 years as one of the largest independently owned specialty houses in the country, with sales in all 48 contiguous states. There is NO CAP on income. More than half of our sales team has been with us for over 10 years and are earning up to six figures annually.
