Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP is seeking a legal receptionist for its downtown Miami office. This individual should be professional, detail-oriented and have experience as a receptionist and/or legal secretary. Duties include, but are not limited to, handling a multi-line phone system (accurately taking messages and transferring calls), greeting visitors, receiving/distributing mail and other tasks as assigned, Calendaring deadlines, Filing, Copying, Scanning, Sending mail, Keeping document logs for cases, and Ordering supplies.
