Perry & Neblett P.A. is looking for a self-motivated, personable, hardworking receptionist / legal assistant / Junior paralegal to help with the firm’s needs. We have a boutique law firm and need someone that can wear many hats and handle a number of responsibilities as needs arise.

An ideal candidate would have prior law firm experience and experience answering phones, dealing with clients, scheduling, filing in State and Federal Court as well as preparation of correspondence, discovery and discovery responses.

This position is an "entry level" position; however, there is a potential for growth and advancement in the firm for the right individual. This employee would work closely with the firm’s partners on a variety of tasks and assignments.

This position is for an in office position at our Coconut Grove office.

The right candidate will be detail oriented, a fast learner, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and a team player.
