Plaintiff's boutique law firm is seeking a personal injury/medical malpractice paralegal experienced in all aspects of litigation.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Prepare correspondence, demand packages, and legal documents
• E-filing, scheduling, and calendaring all case events and deadlines
• Take calls from clients, third parties, opposing counsel, judicial assistants, and experts
• Request and review medical and billing records
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, punctual, reliable, and a team player
• Able to work independently and take initiative with no supervision
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Possess good people skills and work ethic
• Proficient knowledge of State Court Procedures
• Excellent Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel skills
• At least 3 years' experience
