- Responsibilities:
1. Play a crucial role in the Litigation team, contributing to trial preparation for the pursuit of justice and compensation for clients with personal injuries.
2. Manage details throughout all phases of the case, including investigations, pleadings, and discovery.
3. Work closely with attorneys, assisting with depositions and conducting follow-ups with medical providers.
4. Conduct legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
5. Draft and prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
6. Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all relevant documents are accurately filed.
7. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties to facilitate the legal process.
8. Schedule and coordinate court appearances, hearings, and meetings.
9. Assist in the preparation of trial exhibits and other trial-related tasks.
10. Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends.
