The ideal candidate would express a full understanding of transactional real estate law, real estate transactions, leasing, and contract law. • Conduct initial client consultations, offering expert guidance and advice on the strengths and challenges of their legal matters.
• Manage and supervise a caseload of real estate cases, ensuring consistent progress toward resolution while providing regular client updates.
• Offer clear direction, communication, and oversight to support staff, including legal assistants and paralegals, ensuring accountability for delegated tasks.
• Draft various legal documents such as contracts, leases, occupancy agreements, amendments, and other transactional-related documents.
• Implement a monthly revenue requirement instead of a billable hour quota.

• The ideal candidate for the Real Estate Attorney position in Sebastian, FL, US should currently be a solo practitioner or have a substantial caseload at a large law firm, looking for increased autonomy and work-life balance.
• Previous experience in real estate is a must for this role, with a preference for closing and title experience, though not mandatory.
• Salary will be determined based on experience and the portability of the candidate's book of business, but this is not a strict requirement.
• Direct experience working with clients, particularly in a legal capacity, is highly valued.
• The candidate will be required to attend regular meetings with a Managing Attorney and Support Staff for case updates and departmental discussions.
