Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Realtor to join our team. As the sales manager you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
- Market and advertise properties for sale or rent
- Conduct property showings and open houses
- Assist clients in negotiating offers and contracts
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Guide clients through the closing process
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and changes
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals to network and generate leads
Qualifications:
- Valid real estate license in the state of Florida
- Proven experience as a Realtor or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market conditions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Familiarity with property management principles is beneficial
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
