Pacin Levine, P.A. is Hiring a Personal Injury Case Manager Near Miami, FL

Pacin Levine, P.A. is a rapidly expanding South Florida Law Firm focusing in Personal Injury. We are seeking Pre-Suit Personal Injury Case Managers with at least 3 years of Personal Injury experience. Successful candidates will be responsible for handling pre-suit personal injury claims from inception. The position entails extensive contact with clients and medical providers. Pay to commensurate with experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze intake information and relevant documents.

Enter pertinent information into Attorney Software Program. (Trial Works)

Maintain contact with clients, adjusters, and medical providers on regular basis.

Manage medical care of clients.

Explain procedures or forms to clients.

Prepare documents and correspondence.

Collect documentation of all damages sustained from clients.

Organize and maintain case files.

Position Requirements:

Must be bi-lingual (English and Spanish).

Must have knowledge of insurance coverage types and policies.

Must have consistent work history.

Must have strong work ethic and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Must have great people skills as the position requires a great deal of client contact.

Must be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Must to be able to prioritize work and work under pressure.

Must be well organized and detail oriented.

Must have computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.

Knowledge of Trial Works is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
