We are looking for a Legal Assistant to join our fast-paced bankruptcy law firm. This person must be a motivated, self-starter with a passion for helping others. This is the perfect fit for someone looking for a long-term career in the legal field.

Position duties include, but not limited to:

Perform legal support tasks

Greeting clients

Assisting clients in completing forms

Open files

Data entry

Answering phones

Heavy client contact via phone and email.

Schedule appointments

Receiving and printing client documents

Skills:

Strong organization skills

Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word

Ability to multitask

Manage confidential information

Excellent communication skill - written and verbal

Fluent in English and Spanish

Strong computer knowledge

Team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
