WestPoint Financial Group is assisting with the sourcing of this candidate. The candidate will be reporting to Michael Gorin in WestPoint Financial Group’s Indianapolis office.
The Administrative Assistant will manage the day-to-day operations as assigned, while organizing and maintaining files and tasks. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, proactive, able to work both individually and with a team, and possess flexibility and patience with ongoing industry procedure changes. This is a long-term, part-time, hybrid role (28-30 hours per week) and at least half of hours must be in-office.
Key Skills:
· Organization and planning skills
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize key items
· Verbal and written communication skills (including telephone etiquette, proper spelling and grammar)
· Attention to detail
· General Microsoft Office skills. Some CRM experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
· Communicate and proactively follow up with clients as needed to obtain outstanding requirements and schedule meetings
· Correspond with back office support and problem solve processing delays
· Provide case tracking to make sure necessary updates are made as requested
· Own and organize investment application processes. This does involve some technical knowledge. Training will be provided.
· Maintain accounts and work on bank links and automatic transactions to accounts
· Manage and update databases with notes, info and client changes
· Email reminders for appointments
· Client portal logins
· Assist with seminar and event planning
Qualifications:
· Strong organizational and planning skills
· Multi-tasking
· Superior attention to detail
· Adept with technology and able to learn new programs quickly
· Prior experience with database management is preferred, but not required
· 2 years administrative experience
Income range: $20-25/hr
