Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions.

Duties:
- Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Maintain accurate records and documentation

Skills:
- Proficiency in HRIS, Workday, or similar software
- Experience in payroll processing and benefits administration
- Knowledge of journal entries and technical accounting principles
- Familiarity with corporate, governmental, and accounts receivable accounting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
