Overview

Position Summary: WellBiz Brands is looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Digital Marketing Manager. This person will be a strategic partner and leader within the Revenue Strategy team who will focus on the strategy, management and execution of paid digital marketing campaigns that will help drive performance across all of WellBiz’s brands and work directly with our franchisees

Compensation Range: $75,000-85,000 with opportunity for performance bonuses. Offers to select candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Revenue Strategy and Integrated Marketing, cross-functional teams and agency partners to develop and execute coordinated, conversion driven, digital multi-channel marketing plans with a primary focus on acquisition/lead generation.
  • Drive execution with a core focus on performance and ROI.
  • Act as liaison between agency partners and franchisees, leading support conversations with franchisees in the areas of digital strategy, campaign performance and optimization, and act as subject matter expert for all things paid digital marketing.
  • Partner with the brand and creative services teams to inform them of campaign performance and strategize on creative development with customer-centric, data-driven direction.
  • Ensure campaigns are planned, executed and optimized on time and in real-time and timed appropriately alongside all campaign elements both offline and online.
  • Develop talking points and materials to help sell in marketing investment from franchisees, using first and third party data and results.
  • Help define key target audiences for each of the brands utilizing internal data and external tools as well as understand custom audiences, lookalikes and application in digital space to optimize performance and tap into new leads.
  • In partnership with agencies, analyze, and develop regular reporting cadence that empowers you to not only have a full understanding of the businesses you are supporting from a digital perspective, but allows you to make strategic recommendations for channel expansion, optimizations and testing opportunities.
  • Monitor and track digital marketing budget and reconcile on a monthly basis.

Essential Skills, Experience, and Qualifications: 

  • 5 years of experience in all facets of digital marketing, particularly paid media and lead generation
  • Substantial experience in digital campaign management and execution, performance metrics and campaign optimization, preferably for a multi-unit concept (bonus for experience in franchising and/or at a media agency)
  • Have a passion for understanding the relationship between tactics and strategies that feed into the different parts of the conversion funnel
  • Excellent analytical skills for robust data driven decision-making; experience using KPIs to tell stories backed by data.
  • Strong sense of ownership moving from strategy to hands-on mindset. Not afraid to roll your sleeves up but continuously focused on a larger brand/company vision.
  • Experience working for a digital marketing agency or managing agency partners.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and in the face of ambiguity.
  • Prior experience working with franchisees is preferred.
