Compensation Range: $60,000 to $70,000 Offers to select candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies to enhance engagement across various franchises.
• Manage and produce content for multiple newsletters, communication hubs, and social media platforms.
• Facilitate and coordinate webinars and other digital events using tools like Zoom and PowerPoint.
• Offer consultative support to key stakeholders on effective communication practices.
• Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness and propose strategic improvements.
• Maintain and update our content management systems, including Zendesk and Google Suites, ensuring all information is current and accessible.

Essential Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

• Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, with an ability to craft messages that resonate with diverse audiences.
• A high level of organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Technological savviness, particularly with CRM systems, Camtasia, Zendesk, and Google Suites.
• 2-3 years of experience in a communications role, ideally within a relevant industry.
• Bachelors degree in Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field.
