We are seeking a dynamic Manager of Digital Marketing to join our team and support strategic brand and business objectives for our clients, build and execute marketing campaigns, content and CRM initiatives, handle website platform updates, analyze and optimize business results to deliver higher return on digital advertising plans, and perform 360-degree digital marketing tactics to drive results for our portfolio of world-class clients to achieve their online visitation and revenue targets.

Role Description

As a Manager of Digital Marketing on the AZDS Client Services team, you will build, execute and optimize performance-driven campaigns for major international brands. Your expertise in building and optimizing successful digital Paid Media campaigns, executing email messages and strategy, crafting strong and compelling content and messaging, and managing website CMS platforms will be instrumental in achieving success.

Beyond technical proficiency, your role demands exceptional drive and communication skills. Your positive, service-oriented mindset will foster a collaborative atmosphere as you manage multiple projects with agility across multiple different channels.

The ideal candidate will be a strong, well-rounded digital marketer, who has experience in executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across a variety of digital channels.

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize performance-driven campaigns across various digital channels.
  • Build and implement Paid Advertising campaigns in channels such as Google Search, Digital Display, Paid Social, MetaSearch and more, ensuring effective targeting and budget allocation.
  • Write and edit compelling promotional and descriptive content and marketing copy
  • Perform SEO analysis and optimizations to drive organic performance
  • Create content for and build and deploy emails from several different and Email Service Providers
  • Execute content updates in website Content Management Systems (CMS) on our Clients websites
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, working directly with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.
  • Monitor and optimize channel performance to increase advertising campaign effectiveness.

Essential Experience and Leadership Qualities:

Essential Experience:

  • 3-5 years of proven success in executing comprehensive omni-channel marketing strategies.
  • Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt to various brand tones
  • Experience in executing performance marketing campaigns in digital channels such as Search, Display, Paid Social and others
  • Experience with SEO best practices, tools and content marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to create and edit strong, compelling content across various channels
  • In-depth knowledge of social media advertising and community management strategies.
  • Track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams, including creative, development, and analytics.

  • Strong ability to balance multiple campaigns and objectives and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • A passion for learning and self-motivation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Resilience and composure in high-pressure situations with tight deadlines.
