We engage in a variety of projects from training and technical assistance with cohorts of service providers, to one-on-one work with individual organizations, to direct evaluation services, all with the greater goal to improve program rigor, align measurement strategies to organizational/community needs, and increase capacity to use data for improvement.

About the Role

As the Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our VP of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships and the Chief Growth Officer in marketing and business development and contributing to strategic initiatives through project execution. The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving marketing strategy, lead generation, content development, brand enhancement, and sales support. We're seeking a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail, whose contributions will be integral to the achievement of our marketing objectives and overall business success

What You’ll Be Doing

The Marketing Manager’s responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop and implement lead generation marketing campaigns to foster interest and engagement with our offerings.
  • Manage the Marketing Activity Calendar, overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and budget.
  • Drive the execution of marketing campaigns with proactive organization and meticulous attention to detail, playing a key role in raising awareness of the company through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate on advertising campaigns and contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Develop strategic content for various marketing materials and campaigns across multiple platforms, including website, blogs, articles, presentations, and social media posts, to engage and attract prospects.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns and review communications to ensure alignment with brand voice and objectives.
  • Maintain the company website and social media platforms, ensuring engaging content and a compelling user experience.
  • Assist in enhancing brand reputation and credibility through strategic initiatives.
  • Provide support to the sales team by aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives and integrating with sales teams in weekly meetings.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions effectively.
  • Analyze pipeline data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Assist in building and managing the sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.
  • Work towards achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals through coordinated efforts.

What’ll Make You Successful

Core Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in marketing, communications, and social media.
  • Proven track record of driving successful lead gen digital marketing campaigns and achieving new business.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools.
  • Experience owning & optimizing Active Campaign, Wordpress, Memberpress, Adwords/Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Experience utilizing and leveraging AI and data-driven tools for sales to assist with segmenting leads and improving targeting and personalization.
  • Google AdWords Certification preferred.
  • Comfortable with remote work and skilled in remote team communication.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of follow-through.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for creative thinking and problem-solving.

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is between $60,000.00-$70,000.00 annually plus commission. However, it is important to note that compensation may vary depending on several factors, primarily the candidate’s level of experience and qualifications.
