**Requirements:**

**Must be proficient in MS Office Suites- STRONG Excel** will be creating reports.

**MUST have QuickBooks.**

Excellent organizational and reporting skills.

Able to read, write and speak English.

Must be very detailed, focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated.

Good work ethics.

Good communicator.

**Position Overview**

Will be managing the accounting inbox.

Data entry of invoice info, tracking payments and providing the bookkeeper critical information as needed.

Any administrative experience in the construction industry a plus.

Able to create various reports using Excel.
