Sales Development Representative (Full-time | Minneapolis or Grand Rapids)
As a Sales Development Representative at Vervint, you'll be at the forefront of accelerating client growth in our enterprise manufacturing, healthcare, and CPG (retail) markets. In this role, you can launch your career in technology sales and play a pivotal part in identifying and developing new business opportunities, qualifying inbound leads, executing outbound prospecting efforts within targeted geographies/accounts, and setting up sales-qualified appointments to support our Enterprise Sales Executives.

What You'll Accomplish: 
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and cultivate new leads through innovative channels, including social media platforms like LinkedIn, and outbound campaigns (phone/email). 
  • Collaboration and Engagement: Work closely with the marketing team and account executives to grow new business, ensuring a seamless transition of leads to sales representatives.
  • Data Management: Utilize tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, HubSpot, ChatGPT, and NetSuite to track and manage data, ensuring accurate customer and opportunity tagging.
  • Industry Insight: Develop in-depth knowledge of customer industries and Vervint's product offerings to tailor communication and nurture prospects with relevant insights using cutting-edge tools like ChatGPT.
  • Goal Attainment: Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly success metrics 9meeting scheduled, meetings held, opportunities created, etc.)

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field or equivalent combination of experience and education required. 
  • 0-2 years of experience working in technology sales, business development, or management consulting.
