• Project Management responsibilities for core HR processes including but not limited to performance management, talent management, talent acquisition, learning and professional development, and employee/partner engagement
• Talent Management responsibilities include assisting with coaching managers and employees
• Assist with development plans for career growth, industry experience, leadership opportunities, etc.
• Employee Relations/Compliance includes coaching and assisting Managers through performance-related conversations with staff
• Partner with Head of HR to educate and advise local leadership on compensation objectives
• Maintain knowledge of HR and organizational practices, procedures, policies, and systems to be able to respond to inquiries and provide information to employees
• Manage the onboarding, orientation/assimilation and exit process for employees
• Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing and interviewing candidates, and coaching hiring managers through the hiring process
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Communications or other related degree
• 3-5 years of relevant HR experience
• Basic business acumen and understanding of industry and partnership model
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Exhibits current working knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations/laws and firm policies
• Understands compensation materials and principles
• Demonstrated ability to drive HR processes and to deliver high quality HR services in a fast paced, high change, matrixed environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead large projects and to motivate others

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000
