Our client is seeking a charismatic and customer service-oriented Sales Admin to join their Boca Raton team! As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Inside Sales team through exceptional customer service, order entry, and claims support. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
• Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
• Greet and assist visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
