About the Role

Responsible for providing suport to the PPS Sales team in the Offer to Contract process. Enter deals into the system and follow through the necessary process to create customer facing documentation. This a Hybrid Role- Boca Raton, Fl office 

Your Impact

- Develop and maintain sound knowledge of processes and procedures related to the offer-to-contract process. - Support Deal Desk in receiving and evaluating requests from Sales for new and revised offers. - Provide guidance to PPS Sales personnel in the proper procedure for the specific transaction to ensure best outcome. - Enter transactions into Deal Configurator and follow through workflow approval process. - Receive and review requests for PPS contracts to support approved transactions. - Develop and maintain sound knowledge of various PPS Contracts documents – understanding the requirements for and application of each. - Prepare accurate and complete document package for PPS Sales to submit to customer for signature. - Recognize exceptions to standard practices and ensure proper approvals have been received from authorized personnel. - Assist in maintaining database of required and optional language utilized by Boca Contracts team on Schedules and in other correspondence. - Assist in maintaining virtual and physical files for Boca Contracts team and share documentation with other teams as needed and requested. - Assist in gathering and analyzing data related to customer contracts. - Maintain regular communication with PPS Sales personnel to gather necessary information and provide status updates at each stage. - Interact with all members of PPS Sales Org in a supportive role to successfully and accurately facilitate the offer-to-contract process in a timely manner. - Organize, prioritize and manage requests through to completion while maintaining regular communication with the Sales Team. - Partner with other members of Sales Support team as well as various other internal teams to accurately gather and process information required for complete and correct creation of transactions. - Exercise strong decision making and interpersonal skills in high pressure situations. - Participate in and/or manage various projects to completion. - Identify and communicate with appropriate personnel any opportunities for improvement for either the systems or process. - Offer creative solutions to challenges while respecting the rules and boundaries of the role.

About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience. - Detail oriented, well organized, strong follow up skills. Must be able to communicate/work within all levels of the company. - Ability to build strong relationships with team members and internal customers. - Ability multitask, meet strict deadlines, and work effectively under pressure. - Must be proficient with MS OFFICE.
