A local non-profit is looking for a high level Executive Assistant to support a C level executive. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the non-profit space and must be effective in planning, prioritizing and executing tasks in a timely manner. They must also have experience in writing and editing emails, drafting memos and preparing communication on the executive's behalf. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to organizing meetings, to include scheduling, travel and catering when necessary, calendar management, making and prioritizing action items.
Must have proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Teams and Zoom.
$28.50 - $30.00 an hour
