Position Description
Are you that person who your friends depend on to plan get-togethers? Do you find that you procrastinate by color-coding your closet or rearranging your desk? If you're a "make-things-happen" kind of person, then you could be a perfect fit for our Executive Assistant role.
Now, this is not a role for the meek. As the Executive Assistant of Rose Garden's CEO, your job is to ensure that everything surrounding him runs smoothly: whether it's managing his calendar, frantically taking notes of all his ideas (even the bad ones), or problem-solving whatever comes his way; you’re responsible for ensuring nothing gets in the way as he gets sh*t done. Basically, you're the Andy to his Miranda… or the Lloyd to his Ari.
If you are a critical thinker with a passion for planning, holding others accountable (you can be a little bossy, but don’t get crazy), and working collaboratively with a team of game changers, you might be the perfect fit for our Executive Assistant role.
We’re seeking an Executive Assistant who can provide high-level administrative support to our CEO by coordinating and maintaining time-sensitive, and strategic tasks; as well as, be an adaptable chameleon who can handle high-tension environments without losing their cool.
