Job Description

The GTM Strategy and Planning team leads the global design, planning, communication, and analysis of sales incentive compensation plans. As part of a best-in-class Sales Operations organization, we are passionate about developing clear, transparent, and easy-to-understand compensation plans that aim to motivate and reward our growing sales force.

As Compensation Analyst, you will support compensation planning in designing, implementing, measuring, and executing our global sales commission plans in alignment with our sales strategy and annual objectives. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operation of global incentive compensation programs and partner with Global sales leadership to ensure understanding and execution of the compensation plans while anticipating how the plans will need to evolve in support of the changing sales landscape. You will act as the compensation subject matter expert to work with Finance on on-going sales compensation process. Join us as part of a world-class Sales Operations & Analytics team that supports a successful and evolving Sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Perform complex analysis, data modeling, and costing in support of various compensation projects & programs, with minimal direction
  • Support GTM strategic annual incentive plan design. Own annual compensation plan deployment
  • Support Sales territory management, account assignment and annual account review
  • Document compensation policy and process and establish audit procedure
  • Sales team performance/attainment reporting
  • Work closely with Finance and HR Business Partner to resolve various issues in relation to compensation

Qualifications

  • 3 years as compensation analyst for global company, a plus if in a B2B software company
  • Knowledge of sales compensation, plan design, sales operations and sales cycles/processes
  • Strong Excel skills (formula design, pivot tables, charts)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Incentive Compensation Management system
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with willingness to engage with sales executives and sales management
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects and initiatives in varying size and scope simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical and data presentation skills (data collection, modeling, scenarios, presentation of findings
  • Highly self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Great communicator, boasting excellent verbal and written communication skills
