You will be an integral part of the Revenue Operations Team, with a primary focus on revenue. You will be responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and transforming data into a variety of reporting formats to support the goals and key objectives of the Sales Organization. You will have a deep understanding of our corporate financial reports, breaking them down into usable metrics that help support and drive each sales team's performance.

What You Will Do:

• Support the Global sales teams with self-initiated analysis to highlight areas of management interest
• Design and build reports, dashboards, and analysis using Power BI, Excel, and Salesforce to support the sales team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with our Finance and Marketing teams to ensure all data aligns, creating one-version of truth for revenue, bookings, renewals, churn, discounting, velocity, and win rate
• Work closely with the business intelligence and support teams to define, automate, and validate the extraction of new metrics from various data sources for use in future analysis and reports
• Analyze, interpret, and transform data captured to identify key themes and trends for each of our market segments and products

What You Will Need:

• A bachelor's degree in business or STEM disciplines preferred
• 5 years of analytics experience preferably in Sales Operations within the software industry
• Advanced level Excel skills (pivot tables, logic formulas, linking, etc.)
• Knowledge of statistics and experience with reporting packages and tools: MS Excel, Power BI, Salesforce and SQL database preferred
• Experience cleaning and manipulating large data sets to identify insights
• Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with accuracy and translate business requirements into clear and accessible reporting
• Exceptional attention to detail and an inquisitive nature; having a desire to understand the business behind the numbers will contribute to your success
• Outstanding ability to visually present information
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds

• Each team member is required to have a career plan in place and reviewed with their manager after six months with our team.

• The starting pay for this role is $85,000 per annum.

• Pay progression is based on performance.
