We are currently looking to add to our commercial excellence team by bringing on a Sales Operation Analyst / CRM Analyst. This role would be responsible for supporting our sales team by managing the CRM system (Pipedrive), as well as supporting the sales team using business analytics tools (Tableau). This role is critical in helping the Novvia sales team capture important customer information and data, and assist in creating reports that help Novvia grow our business. This role would report to the Novvia Director of Commercial Excellence.

Essential duties/responsibilities -

- CRM/Pipeline Management - Primary administrator for Pipedrive CRM

- Reporting/Insights - Design, develop, and manage reports to provide visibility to key metrics by utilizing Pipedrive and Tableau, which will drive actions to achieve business goals

- Implement Change - Work with executives, business development, and operations to implement new processes and procedures

- Ensure Quality Information - Manage data imports, cleanse data, and data deduplication to esnure reporting accuracy

- Training - Responsible for training new users in Pipedrive and how the tool connects to day-to-day activities. Create and manage training content (presentation decks, reference guides, FAQ's)

- Tableau Analytics - Primary Tableau administrator (ensure users have access to correct reports)

- Report Developer - Create standard and custom reports and dashboards to meet business needs

- Analytics - Monitor KPIs and create actionable insights to share with key stakeholders. Understand and uncover assumptions and identify associated constraints in achieving maximum effectiveness.

- Projects/Migrations - Support key analytical projects and data migrations.

- Data Management - Bulk data loading to support data migration projects.

- Data Auditing - Create necessary reports and perform audits to ensure data cleanliness and completeness.

- Processes/Procedures - Assist in the development of data entry and maintenance policies (owning some processes, and coordinating on others).

Education/Experience -

- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations analyst role, business analyst role, or similar.

- Strong work ethic. . .reliable, dependable, hard-working

- Independent self-starter. goal-oriented, and action-driven

- Strong communication skills in one-to-one or group presentation settings

- Demonstrated experience managing a CRM platform

- Experience transforming data into actionable insights

- Experience using and developing visualization platforms - PowerBI/Tableau

- 2 to 4 years analyzing and converting sales/marketing info into insights

- 1 to 2 years of experience in basic database management and data manipulation (understanding of table structures, joint relationships, data keys, etc..)

- Excellent Excel skills. Basic knowledge of SQL, PowerPivot, and PowerQuery are desirable

Novvia has facilities across the United States, and this role would be based in our Novvia/Inmark facility located in Austell, GA. Novvia will also consider candidates based in St. Louis (working from our CL Smith facility in mid-town St. Louis), or remote candidates who have demonstrated success working with the key responsibilities of the role (Tableau, Pipedrive, BI analytical tools, etc..).
