Columbia Residential is Hiring a Property Management Operations Analyst Near Atlanta, GA

The Operations Analyst position will play a crucial role in analyzing expenses, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing solutions to streamline processes within the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams/departments to implement process improvements to reduce expenses.
  • Audit expenses to ensure accuracy in billing allocations between corporate entities and properties.
  • Identify opportunities for automation to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Work with global vendors to negotiate contracts to ensure best pricing and maintain contract expirations
  • Assist with developing financial controls throughout company.
  • Monitor expenses and identify opportunities to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to the property management team as needed.
  • Assist with creating allocation templates within current accounting software.
  • Utilize data to analyze key performance indicators (KPI’s) related to operational efficiency.
  • Provide support for ongoing operational projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to executive management.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) for consideration

Experience/Specialized Knowledge:

  • Clear understanding of software applications including:
    • RealPage OneSite, Spend Management, Ops Technology, RealPage Accounting
    • Microsoft office 365 (including Share Point)
    • Smartsheet
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team to achieve goals with specific deadlines.
  • Detail- oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in analysis and reporting.
  • Must have technical and analytical background.
  • Experience in the Property Management industry
