Core Functions
Client Service
- Answer and route office phone calls and emails.
- Respond to client communications and requests promptly and professionally, as directed.
- Refer requests to appropriate colleagues, as needed.
Account Administration Assistance
- Support all aspects of our business.
- Populate and process documentation for account opening, investments, money movement, asset transfers, and other account maintenance.
- Interact with third party service providers, such as asset custodians and reporting providers.
- Work with team members to prioritize and execute on client-related tasks and requests.
- Schedule meetings with clients and centers of influence, as directed.
- Maintain client confidentiality and assist in identifying potentially fraudulent activity.
- Schedule and pay bills on behalf of clients, as instructed.
Record Keeping
- Maintain files, databases, and archives of relevant records.
- Process mail: Retrieve, scan, label, save according to our policies and procedures.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets for certain aspects of the position, including bill paying, storage of unique assets, etc.
Office Management
- Manage office supply inventory and office equipment.
General
- Comply with TRWM’s service standards.
- Comply with company policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations.
- Use workflow and business process management systems to provide transparency and accountability regarding task progress and completion.
- All functions are expected to be completed accurately, thoroughly, and according to the timeframes prescribed in TRWM’s service standards. If no standard is prescribed, functions should be completed in a timely manner that is appropriate to the circumstances.
- Communicate early and often regarding workload, time management, and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.

Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- 2 years of experience in the financial services industry or legal profession preferred.
- Superior organizational, time management, and written/oral communication skills.
- Process-driven and proactive with excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and superior ability to focus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, systems, and processes while meeting deadlines.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, required.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and DocuSign preferred.

Hours: Starting at 20 hours per week. This could grow to a full time position for the right candidate.
Compensation: $18-26 hourly, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
