Job Purpose:
The District Sales Manager is responsible for the leadership, management, and profitability of an assigned sales district within XL Parts. This job is responsible for consistently achieving District sales goals through the direction, organization, coordination, communication, and development of Sales professionals. Travel to Oklahoma will be required in this role.

A typical day includes driving with frequent stops and utilizing an iPad for Call Reports. To perform the duties of this job the employee must have a clean driving record.
