Our District Sales Manager role could be the perfect opportunity for you to showcase your coaching skills and help close large opportunities that make a real impact! You would be leading training, performance reviews, and directing our outside sales force to achieve company sales goals, while being a key piece in determining our go-to-market strategy. The position is based out of Charlotte, NC and is responsible for growth in North and South Carolina with very limited over-night travel.

The District Sales Manager will develop and maintain an up to date 90-day opportunity pipeline for the district and each sales rep. In addition, this role often spearheads interactions with Kelsan’s most crucial customers, which will involve working in the field side-by-side with Kelsan salespeople and vendors.

The District Sales Manager position is one of the most crucial positions within the Kelsan organization. Requirements

Business acumen, strategic thinking, organization, professionalism, and adaptability are paramount for our District Sales Managers. Kelsan will consider all college majors with a four-year degree. We are also currently accepting applications from all bachelor’s degrees from four-year university and five years of related experience and/or training.
