Trane in Charlotte, NC is hiring for a Systems Sales Manager to join our team! In this role, you will function as area sales leader for business sold through the Equipment revenue stream. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships and maximizing account penetration and customer retention with contractor and consulting engineer/architect accounts. Sales constitutes all the processes and functions required for obtaining inside/outside sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:This role has been designated as onsite, primary work will be performed out of our Charlotte branch location.
Base Salary Pay Range: $200,000-230,000 / yr.
Total compensation for this role will include a bonus/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where work is performed.
