Administrative Assistant
Location: Boise, ID 83705
Job Description:
· Optsy training
· Meeting and greeting little foot traffic through front door
· Receiving packages
· Data Entry
· Pulling/Running Reports
· Creating shipping labels and preparing small packages for shipping
· Purchasing/Ordering equipment and office supplies
· General building maintenance
· Setting appointments
· Google Workspace Admin
· Assisting with planning group functions, events, community involvement, and fundraising
Hours: Monday – Friday
8 am to 5pm; 1 hour lunch
Pay: $16-$17 per hour, DOE
