We are seeking a Project Manager on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is a hybrid setup with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote at our Customer’s Mountain View, CA, San Diego, CA, or Atlanta, GA locations.
What You’ll Do:
Partnering cross-functionally to coordinate contracts-related project activities to ensure compliance and on-time completion
Continued monitoring tracking and reporting of contractual terms
Ad Hoc support of contracts-related activities
Monitor, track, and audit contract terms, changes, and performance to ensure compliance and maintain associated documentation
Coordinates project activities to ensure the project is on schedule.
Provides administrative and logistical support including meeting arrangement, progress tracking, and documentation.
Must Haves:
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Contract Management
Business Analytics plus Contract Management background required
Proven documentation skills required
Auditing skills and experience required
Experience with performing process and control reviews, identify control gaps, and recommend opportunities for improvement
Adapt quickly and appropriately to changes
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides)
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience in QuickBase Aravo Skills preferred
General understanding of contractual commitments and risks preferred
Education:
Bachelor's degree is preferred
Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be a hybrid setup with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote at our Customer’s Mountain View, CA, San Diego, CA, or Atlanta, GA locations.
