We are seeking a Desktop Support Specialist on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is onsite in Washington, DC.

What You'll Do:

· Desktop support helping a wide range of end users

· Respond to tickets

· Maintain office technology

· Front-facing customer service

Must-Haves:

· 5 years of enterprise experience (2nd level support), focus on customer service

· Experience with remote software tools, lifecycle management

· Experience in Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level

· Experience in backend office MS Office support

· Experience in MS Intune and Active Directory

· Remote management skills

· Experience with incident request management

Job Type: Contract

Salary: Up to $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
