We are looking for a top performing Hotel Human Resource Manager for the Art Hotel, Denver Curio Collection by Hilton.
We are looking for a qualified Human Resources team leader to support and navigate our amazing team to excellence and provide effective guidance. The Hotel Human Resource Manager will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members daily. As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. The Hotel Human Resource Manager should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engaging the team to achieve goals. Did we mention you should also like to have FUN and CELEBRATE along the way?

Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000, based on experience

Some Key Areas of Responsibilities for the Hotel Human Resource Manager include:

  • Oversee all property approved Leaves.
  • Oversee all Workman’s Compensation claims.
  • Ensures that all legal compliance on both a federal and state level is occurring. This includes OSHA, EEOC, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, I-9 procedures, as well as all other applicable laws.
  • Monitor the Application Process at the properties to ensure that we are logging and compliant with the process.
  • Monitor hourly training at the property to ensure that all company required training is being completed with new associates, as well as re-certification training required (i.e. Job Descriptions, Training Schedules, ADA Training).

Requirements for the Hotel Human Resources Manager include:

  • Ability to handle associate morale.
  • Effective with time management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Applicants maybe required to work weekends & holidays.
