The HR Generalist coordinates Human Resources policies and procedures for an employee-focused company. Located in Denver, Colorado, we are a contract manufacturer specializing in organic products and dedication to our customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring associates across all levels of business
• Ensure high-quality candidate experience
• Ensure hiring selections meet company policy and legal requirements
• Administer employee relations and benefit programs
• Manage onboarding of new employees
• Promotes our company culture through recognition programs and positive employee relations.
• Plan events for wellness, staff recognition, and community involvement
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
• Administers and tracks FMLA
• Provide coaching to leaders to support problem-solving, performance management, employee development, and compliance with company policies.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• 1 year in Human Resources in a manufacturing setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools, and payroll and human resources software
• Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
• Leadership and coaching skills
• Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Attention to detail and analytically driven

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
